It was time to let go. After owning these two homes for almost 40 years, both homes were very in need of renovations. All City Home Services stepped in midway through demo and completed all work involved in the renovation. We were asked to design a theme with one goal in mind, mass appeal. The house went pending the first day on the market and sold for the offer price.
